We would be excited to have you stay at the ACE Hotel & Swim Club, the host location of all the weekend’s events, including our wedding ceremony and reception. However, Palm Springs and the surrounding Desert Cities offer plenty of options! March is peak season in Palm Springs, so places will start to fill up in advance (but with that, we’re hoping for the best weather the desert has to offer).

• To make a reservation at the ACE Hotel with one of our preferred rates, please contact Ana Ramirez directly at (760) 325-9900 or ana.ramirez@acehotel.com, and be sure to reference the Fehr Ordonez Wedding. As the ACE Hotel reservation specialist, she’ll be able to help lineup the best available rates for whatever length of stay you are looking at.

• A credit card is required to hold your reservation; however, your card will not be charged until you check out at the end of your stay.

• We strongly encourage you to book early if you plan to stay at the ACE; we have a select number of rooms available at a discounted rate and can add additional rooms as those are booked.
